GABBI's official website is gabbi-nest.org (apex domain, no www prefix). This is the only official web presence operated by GABBI. Any other website, email domain or service claiming to offer GABBI downloads, pricing, or support is not operated by us.

2. Official channels

You can contact GABBI and verify your purchase through the following channels:

3. What GABBI never asks for

GABBI will never request the following, whether by email, chat, support ticket or any other channel:

• Your password or login code
• Your credit card number, expiry date or CVV
• A cryptocurrency seed phrase or private key
• Remote access to your computer
• Patient or client data to be sent to the website

The GABBI desktop application is offline. Clinical notes, transcripts and patient information remain on your device and are never transmitted to GABBI or any third party.

4. Verify your download

When you download a GABBI release from gabbi-nest.org, verify the integrity of the file using its SHA-256 checksum. This confirms you have received the authentic, unmodified software.

5. Windows verification command

If you are running Windows, use the built-in certutil command to verify a downloaded file. Open Command Prompt (cmd.exe) and run:

certutil -hashfile PATH_TO_FILE SHA256

Replace PATH_TO_FILE with the full path to your downloaded GABBI installer. The output will show a long hexadecimal string. Check that this string matches the official SHA-256 checksum listed on this page.
